At HAMCO we understand the importance of short lead times and on-time deliveries to help our customers manage their stocks. We also think that regular and accurate communication with our customers is vitally important to develop a strong, long-term business association.
Every customer has a dedicated client manager at HAMCO, working closely together. Customers are provided with regular order status updates to show how orders are proceeding through the manufacturing process and to review shipping schedules.
With regards to meeting despatch due dates, our record is exemplary. All production is carefully scheduled to meet shipping deadlines and, because we do not sub-contract manufacturing to outside factories, we can control lead-times accurately.
We have excellent relationships with our steel suppliers which allow us to gain valuable insight into local and international material price trends. We frequently share this with our customers, allowing them to benefit from market and pricing information in advance of their competitors.
