From receipt of raw materials through material preparation, thread rolling, heat treatment, plating, packing to container loading, all stages are monitored and controlled by our highly trained staff.
The factory has a fully integrated, in-house production line, so all processes fall under the company’s strict quality control procedures.
We have 8 high-specification heat treatment machines and use fully automated plating lines which provide a consistent, top quality finish.
Our product testing department utilises superior testing equipment and is efficiently managed by our formally qualified inspection team. In additional to the certification of each individual order, the department is responsible for the company's overall quality policy. This gives our customers particular piece-of-mind in purchasing higher grade, alloy steel products, where strict conformance to quality standards is of the utmost importance.
